HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

Please note the Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Average dispatch is 1-4 business days (not including weekends)
Average international standard delivery is 5-12 working days*.

*For Standard Delivery, some countries take longer due to customs clearances and you should allow up to 28 days depending on the country. Please see below for the maximum delivery days for each country to see when you should inquire and raise a ticket with us. 

 

WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING FROM?

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping as our devices are sent directly from our Asia Pacific factory, so you can enjoy the benefits of low-price but beautiful and high-quality devices.

We believe our devices along with our unbeatable prices are worth the wait.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-4 days for your order to be processed, depending on the time of year. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will be sent an email with your tracking number. 

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing your order. 
Please send us your cancellation or change request within 6 hours of ordering. If time has passed after this, we can not guarantee that your order will be able to be cancelled or changed as it may begun processing.

Once your order has been sent out, your order cannot be changed or cancelled; please double check before placing your order. 

 

DO I PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

USA - There are no taxes or duties payable if your order is under 800USD*. Taxes are payable on orders over 800USD only.

EU - Please be aware that your local VAT tax rate will apply on all parcels over 22EUR*. Duties are payable over 150EUR*. These taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total

Canada - Taxes are payable on orders over 22CAD*

U.K - You will not need to pay VAT or duties.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS IN MY SHIPPING DETAILS, CAN I CHANGE IT?

If for whatever reason you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already been shipped we CANNOT change or re-route your product and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct before purchase. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.

If you have entered the wrong information please ensure you contact us as soon as possible so we can change it.

Lumina Vita is responsible for delivering your package to the correct building in the address given at checkout but are not responsible for the security of said package thereafter. Providing the item has been delivered to the correct GPS location of the building in the address, Lumina Vita have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. 

 

DELIVERY TIMETABLE (STANDARD SHIPPING)

Standard shipping times vary for each country due to location and strict customs. On average, the shipping window is 5-12 working days for our main shipping countries.
